Suvidutt Sundaram is an Advocate-on-Record practicing in the Supreme Court of India who is engaged in litigation, arbitration & mediation since 2007.
He has worked closely with both the central and state governments in India advising
on several transactions, litigating and framing policies. He has associated with
several large corporate groups,investors, private equity funds, renowned banks, and
financial institutions.
He has filed several landmark cases in the Supreme Court, from decriminalizing the
provision of adultery to the Sabarimala temple entry women case to the
Padmanabhaswamy temple case and so on. He has drafted the Private Member Bills
like the Anglo- Indian Welfare Bill, 2016 and The Waste Management and Recycling
Bill,2016.
Balancing his academic pursuit, he is a PhD scholar and is a visiting faculty in many
law schools and universities across India.
